All incoming materials are subjected to strict in house inspection including chemical analysis and other tests as per material specifications.

• Manufacturing is carried out as per established methods as detailed in process cards for individual components.
• Stage inspection is carried out after every operation on 100% jobs. Subsequent operation cannot commence unless previous operation is cleared by inspection.
• Dimensional record of all-important component are maintained, each component is marked for identification & traceability.
• Heat treatment, surface treatment, painting is carried out as per defined norms and MOI standards.
